Brittany schedules 4, 6, and 8-hour sessions for initial divorce mediations. To cut down on costs and time spent in mediation, Brittany sends preparation documentation to clients before the mediation to ensure they are prepared and have the necessary details and documents to create a plan. Follow-up sessions are scheduled as needed after the initial session.

Service
Small Claims consist of landlord/tenant disputes, issues between contractors and clients, or other issues that would be filed with the justice court.
In an effort to resolve issues rather than filing a claim with the court, mediation provides an opportunity for individuals to resolve their issues on their own terms.
